1. Introduction

Washible is a commercial cleaning company serving the Atlanta metro area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information when you use washible.com, request a quote, contact us, create a client portal account, or view invoices and locations we have granted you access to.

2. Information we collect

Marketing and quote requests

When you use the contact form or pricing calculator, we may collect:

• Name, company name, email address, phone number, and service address
• Square footage, schedule preferences, restrooms, kitchen, access notes, and your message
• The estimate our calculator produced and the date you submitted it

Client portal accounts

If we invite you to the client portal, we store:

• Email address, password hash (we do not store your password), phone number if you add one
• Sign-in security data such as two-factor settings, passkeys, and recovery codes
• Standard account metadata such as when the account was created and whether the email is confirmed

Portal records we show you

The portal reads location, invoice, payment, and contact records from our operations system (Track) only when a Washible staff member has created an explicit portal access grant for your email. Matching a location contact email is not enough.

Security and technical data

• Cloudflare Turnstile tokens and the connecting IP used to stop spam and bots
• Standard server and application logs needed to operate and secure the site

3. How we use your information

• Respond to quote and contact requests and schedule service
• Authenticate portal users and show the locations and invoices you are granted
• Send account confirmation and password-reset email
• Protect the site from spam, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Improve the website and our commercial cleaning service

We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Processors we use

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the business:

• Brevo — sends confirmation, password-reset, contact, and quote emails
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on public forms; receives a response token and connecting IP
• Our hosting provider — stores the website, identity database, and encrypted backups

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Retention

• Quote requests are kept for 12 months after submission, then deleted automatically
• Unconfirmed portal accounts are deleted after 48 hours
• Confirmed portal accounts remain until you or Washible close them
• Track operations records (invoices, locations, grants) follow our business record-keeping needs and are not deleted from the portal “delete my account” action

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. Signed-in users can download account and matching quote data, and delete their portal account, from Account → Personal data.

Deleting a portal account removes the login and quote rows tied to that email. It does not erase invoices or location records in our operations system. To change a portal grant or operations records, email [email protected].

You may also ask us to stop using your information for marketing communications.

7. Cookies and similar technology

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms (antiforgery), and remember your theme preference in local storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Data security

We use HTTPS, account lockout, bot checks on public forms, and access grants for portal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating this page and the “last updated” date.
